Article 1. Accepting orders.

All orders fully assume the acceptance of our general conditions of sale, irrespective of any stipulations that could appear in the general conditions of purchase of our clients.

Article 2. Delivery times.

In our own interests and for vocation, we will always try to ensure that any breaks in stock are exceptions.

However, as we are dependent on our suppliers, our delivery times are not fixed.

Said times are only an indication and delays do not give the buyer the right to refuse the merchandise, or to claim for damages.

In cases when the delivery time of an article may vary due to a break or difference in stock, this does not afford the right to cancel the order.

Article 3. Transport.

Except in conditions of tariff applications, transport is charged to the client.

 The merchandise always travels at the buyer's cost and risk. In cases when, due to the absence of the buyer at the delivery place specified during the buying process, a second delivery attempt could incur additional costs. These costs will be charged to the buyer; there is always the possibility that the client can pick up the parcel at the courier's office.

Any reservations should be made to the courier by the addressee when they receive the parcel, in particular if:

The reservations made on the delivery note give the right to claim for damages from the courier during a maximum of 24 hours. After this time, all rights to claim from the courier are lost.

The company reserves the right to send the orders with the couriers that they deem adequate.

Article 4. Incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

In those deliveries in which the delivery address given by the client is incorrect or incomplete, and in which there is an additional delivery cost due to the return of the parcel by the courier, the client will be charged the sum of the delivery costs plus 1.05 euros for preparation costs.

Article 5. Returns.

Returns will not be accepted once 7 days have passed since the reception of the material bought, nor without previous agreement on our part.

Returns will not be accepted on those products which are not in stock at the time of their purchase and which have, therefore, been ordered especially from the supplier for the client.

On no account will we accept returns on universal remote controls; the buyer assumes the risk that the remote may not work with their model of machine.

To make a return, this must be requested by email, and the returned order must be accompanied by the RMA code that the company will provide to the client when you request a refund. Once the return from the client has been accepted, they have 7 days to ensure that the article reaches us; once this period has passed, the article will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice, if this is not the case, the return will not be accepted and the article will be resent to the client. The article must be in perfect condition, without having been used and with the original packaging in perfect condition.

In no circumstances will the delivery costs be refunded, nor will the costs be refunded if the cash on delivery method of payment was chosen.

The real costs of transportation, along with the handling costs comes to 1.05 euros plus the delivery costs, therefore, despite the client only paying the delivery costs in delivery charges, if the return is made for causes not controlled by the company, the client will be charged 1.05 euros plas the delivery costs paid.

The return costs of the article will be paid by the client.

In the case of orders sent to The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client assumes the risk that under no circumstances will any customs costs be refunded, these are beyond our control.

In cases where a purchase has been made of material which is later out of production, or out of stock, the client will have the right to have the cost of the order returned and the order cancelled.

For those returns requested by the client and the reasons for which are beyond the control of Mandis Shop S.L. , they will subtract the following quantities from the total to be refunded to cover bank costs that the company has to pay for said operations:

1.00 euro if the refund is done to the card from which the original payment was made.

2.00 euros if the refund is done by bank transfer.

Article 6. Sales prices.

The valid sales prices are those mentioned in the accepted orders. The applicable prices are those in vigour on the day of purchase.

Article 7. Forms of payment.

There are three forms of payment:

Article 8. Delivery time.

The dispatch time for material which is available in our stock is 72-96 hours, as long as the order and its payment have been made before 16:00. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the bank transfer receipt must be sent by email before 16:00.

For articles that are not in stock, the delivery time will appear as an estimated time in our online shop; this time could vary.

Article 9. Free promotional articles.

Any articles that are sent to the buyer as a promotion at no cost to the buyer will be exempt from guarantee. In the case that they do not fulfil the product specifications, the buyer has no right of claim over these articles.

Article 10. Product guarantee.

Except when stated to the contrary, the guarantee for remote controls will be for 1 year and only covers factory defects. The guarantee is not valid if the remote has been damaged by dropping; damaged by liquids; has any slight damage to the body of the remote, shows any signs of wear or if it appears to have been tampered with or used. The guarantee begins on the date of dispatch and is limited exclusively to the repair of the remote or its substitution by one the same or its equivalent. The delivery charges of the remote when using the guarantee will be paid by the client and the return of the remote to the client will be paid by the company.

Article 11. Originality of the products.

All brand name products are originals independent of the company brand stamp they carry and they are all new products. In cases when the remote has been de-catalogued, an equivalent remote, made by the same company, will be sent.

Article 12. Replacement remotes.

Replacement remotes are remotes that perform each and every function of the original remote although it may have a different combination of buttons than the original remote. They are ready for use without having to do anything; they do not need to be programmed, nor do you have to put any codes manually. In those cases when an original remote can be used with various devices (such as DVD, VCR, SAT, etc.) of the same brand, only the functions of the main remote are guaranteed. The main remote is that which controls the functions of the device it came with at the time of purchase.

Article 13. Confidentiality of information.

The information necessary for the efficient running of the process are recorded and all personal information is completely confidential.
